Carmel is proud to announce its recent participation in the American Airlines AAdvantage® program, allowing Carmel’s passengers the opportunity to earn AAdvantage® milles for every dollar spent with Carmel on the ground!. When we say “We’ll be there for you”, we mean it.

Carmel custom made technology allows you, the customer to enjoy a higher dollar to mile conversion rate, the more you spend the better we reward you, hey, it’s only fair.

The process is very simple, you book your trip online, provide us with your AAdvantage® account number, and once the trip is completed we will award you the AAdvantage® miles you’ve earned. Similar to the process, the formula is also simple and goes as follows:

  • For completed trips up to $100 of base fare – you will earn 1 AAdvantage® mile per $1 spent
  • For completed trips up to $200 of base fare – you will earn 2 AAdvantage® miles per $1 spent
  • For completed trips up to $300 of base fare – you will earn 3 AAdvantage® miles per $1 spent
  • For completed trips up to $400 of base fare – you will earn 4 AAdvantage® miles per $1 spent
  • For completed trips up to $500 of base fare – you will earn 5 AAdvantage® miles per $1 spent
  • For completed trips of $501 and up of base fare – you will earn 6 AAdvantage® miles per $1 spent
** Please note that earning AAdvantage® miles applies only on reservations that were reserved online, were completed, and the AAdvantage® miles are calculated on the base fare only (i.e., not including the tolls, tip, or other fees)
